Just a BB workout focusing on chest
BB Bench - 135X15, 225X12, 275X8, 315X2 paused, 315X5 T+G.
Incline DB - 85X10X3
Cable cross - 60X12X3
Seated DB Curl - 40X12, X10, X10.
