This is the 100th workout since starting the 5/3/1 program for powerlifting in February 2014.
Bench Press - 135X20, 225X12
290X3 paused
300X3 paused
315X3 paused
335X3 paused
Bench felt really strong today! Strongest I've felt in a while, the bar just seemed to pop off my chest.
Lat Pulldown - 185X10X3
Hanging knee raises - BWX20X3
Bench Press - 285X5, X5, X7, X7
Dusted off the 100lb db's for 2 sets of incline bench - 100X7, X6.
