Cycle 9 Week 1 Squats

Weights felt extra heavy today. Didn't live the cleanest lifestyle over the weekend and not much good sleep either. Did eat a lot though.

135X15, 225X10, 315X8
355X3, 405X3, 445X3
485X1, 405X5, 365X6, 315X10 for  a finisher.

Start Week 2 tomorrow with bench assist.
