Cycle 9 week 3 Deadlift
I didn't actually deadlift. I have been deadlifting every other week and doing assistance in
place.
Tri-set;
Chinups - bwX20X3
Hanging Knee raise - 3 sets of 20
Upright Cable Row - 140X15, X12X12
Bent DB Row - 100X8, 85X10X2
Good Mornings - 135X8X3
Wide Lat Pulldown - 140X8, X8, X10
