Cycle 4 Week 1 Deadlifts (video)
Warmup - 135X12X2, 225X10, 315X5.
Working sets - 385X5, 410X5, 435X3.
Trap Bar Shrugs - 240X8X4 Superset with Upright Cable rows - 140X10X3.
I hitched the second rep in the third set, but the rep after was good I think.
