Cycle 5 Week 1 BB Day

Realllly sore from yesterdays deadlift session (in a good way). Decided to go ahead and do a lighter bicep/lat/abs workout.

Wide grip Lat Pulldown - 135X15, X12, X12.
Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 135X10, X12, X10.
Hanging Knee Raises - bwX20X5

EZ Bar Curl - 85X11, X10, X10.
Seated DB Curl - 30X10, X12, X10.
DB Hammer Curl - 40X12X2

Finisher - Straight Bar Cable Curl - 60X25

Nice little BB workout. There was no way I could do any kind of bent row today after deads yesterday. Working up to a heavy single on the bench tomorrow.
