Trained at 930pm after a short change at work. Really didnt want to train but made myself go and ended up having a great workout.

CGBP - 245X6. X6, X5.
Pin Press (1") - 275X4X3
Skullscrushers - 105X10, X10, X8.
Tri Pressdown - 140X30, X15.
Hanging knee raises - 3 sets X20.
Deads tomorrow.
