Felt like training today so went in and did a back/bicep routine.
15 mins airdyne.
BB bent row - 185X12X3
Wide Lat pulldown - 185X9, 155X10, 135X10
DB bent row - 45X15, 50X15X2
EZ bar curl - 75X10X3
Seated DB curl - 30X10X3
Cable curl - 50X10X3
45 sec-1 min between sets. It is a deload week so the lighter weight and higher reps were in order. I will do a reload bench assist workout tomorrow.
